May 4th, 2012 - Jeremy took part in a NeSmith Weekly Racing Series event on Friday night at Hattiesburg Motorsports Park (Hattiesburg, Mississippi) in an event that drew a field of sixteen cars. Shaw began his night by qualifying fourth fastest before winning his heat race. He would start third In the main event and would battle at the front of the pack for the duration of the event before crossing the finish line in the third position behind race winner, Mickey Trosclair Jr., and Shannon Lee. April 28th, 2012 - On Saturday night, Jeremy continued his string of strong runs by piloting his #1s Trak-Star Crate Late Model April 27th, 2012 - Friday night found Jeremy making his first trip of the 2012 campaign to Hattiesburg Motorsports Park (Hattiesburg, Mississippi) for a NeSmith Weekly Racing Series Event. In time trials Shaw was second fastest to only Chase Washington, who set a new track record. Via his qualifying effort Shaw started outside of the front row for the feature, alongside Washington. As the green flag flew on the seventeen car field in the feature Jeremy would challenge Washington for the lead before settling into the second spot. April 21st, 2012 - The team originally planned to enter a Weekly Racing Series Event at Columbus Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) on Saturday night, but after seeing the event nixed by Mother Nature they headed east to Talladega Short Track (Eastaboga, Alabama). With twelve entries on hand for the NeSmith Late Model Weekly Racing Series Event, Jeremy claimed the win in the first heat race to lock into the pole starting position for the main event. The feature would be a greating for Shaw as he led flag-to-flag to claim the win, which came over Jimmy Elkins, Adam Gauldin, Bret Holmes, and Mike Combs. April 14th, 2012 - Saturday night found the team entering the second round of the inaugural Spring Thrown Down at Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) as a $1,000 check was on the line for the NeSmith Weekly Late Model Series. Thirty-eight cars entered the event, and Shaw began the night by setting second fast time in his group to lock into the fourth starting spot for the 30 lap feature. As the race went green Shaw would battle for the third spot with Jamey Boland before taking control of the spot. Once in third Jeremy would set his sights on the leaders, Eric Cooley and Jeremy Shaw. By lap 16 he was up to the second spot, and a few laps later he would take the lead. After leading for a few laps, Cooley slipped by to take the lead, and Shaw would go on to finish in the second spot. Full results are available at www.MagnoliaDirt.com. April 13th, 2012 - Jeremy entered the opening round of the inaugural Spring Throw Down at Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) on Friday night as a field of 31 entries were on hand for the $800-to-win, NeSmith Weekly Late Model Series event. Shaw began his night by qualifying fifth fastest in his group to lock into the tenth starting spot for the 20 lap feature. During the course of the feature Shaw would slowly work his way forward through the field. Late in the race he would move into the fourth position as he challenged Justin McRee for the third position. The duo would battle side-by-side for the third spot over the closing laps with McRee claiming the podium spot by inches at the checkered flag. April 1st, 2012 - Sunday night was a great outing for Jeremy as he raced to his first feature win of the 2012 season with a victory at Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi)! Twenty-six NeSmith Late Models were on hand for the program, and Shaw began the evening by qualifying fourth fastest in the field, which positioned him starting fourth in the $100-to-win dash. He would storm to the dash win, which locked him into the pole position for the main event. Jeremy led the first six laps before Justin McRee slipped past for the lead. However, two laps later McRee would head pitside, allowing Shaw to reinherit the lead. Once out front again, Jeremy would never look back on his way to the win, which came over Johnny Stokes, Brent Barrett, Shay Knight, and Mark Stokes. March 24th, 2012 - Jeremy registered his second top five of the season on Saturday night as he took part in a Weekly Racing Series Event at Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi). With twenty-four NeSmith Crate Late Models entered into the program, Shaw qualified fourth fastest to lock into the pole-sitter's dash. After finishing fourth in the dash, Jeremy earned the fourth starting spot for the main event. He would battle in the top five for the duration of the event before ultimately crossing the finish line in the fifth position behind race winner, Justin McRee, Johnny Stokes, and Chase Washington. March 17th, 2012 - Saturday night was a rough outing for the team as they entered a $700-to-win, Crate Late Model event at Columbus Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi). In time trials, Shaw would register a lap that was good enough to lock him into the feature, but it came at a price as it broke the right rear shock and pulled the left rear shock mount from the frame. The team repaired the car for the feature, but Shaw would elect to retire from the race at lap 5 due to track conditions that did not allow for passing. March 3rd, 2012 - The team opened their 2012 campaign on Saturday night at Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) with the annual Frostbuster event. Jeremy began his night by qualifying fourth fastest in time trials to earn the fourth starting spot for the main event. As the feature went green Shaw began working his way foward, and moved into the second position on lap 7. He would set his sights on the leader, Chase Washington, and would pursue him to the checkered flag, but was unable to overtake the leader. Weather permitting he plans to open his 2012 season this weekend, March 2nd-3rd at Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) with a pair of NeSmith Weekly Racing Series Events, which will be held as part of the annual Frostbuster. October 29th, 2011 - Jeremy entered the 8th Annual Southern Belle Cotton Pickin' 100 over the weekend at Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) as a total of 51 competitors registered for action. On Friday night, Jeremy would set fast time in qualifications in time trials, which earned him a front row starting spot for his heat race. He would go on to claim the heat race win, which locked him into the pole starting spot for Saturday night's $2,500-to-win finale. In the feature he would be joined on the front row by Jason Hughes, and as the race went green he would jump to the lead, and despite an ill-handling car would hold the lead for the majority of the event. However, late in the race, with just three laps remaining, he would get caught behind a lap car, which allowed second place runner, Neil Bagget to slip by for the lead. October 22nd, 2011 - It was back to business for the team over the weekend as Jeremy took part in the Crate Late Model portion of the 17th Annual Coors Light Fall Classic at Whynot Motorsports Park (Meridian, Mississippi). With 38 entries on hand Jeremy qualified second fastest in his group to earn the outside-front-row starting spot for his heat race. He would go on to charge to the heat race win, which locked him into the third starting spot for the $2,000-to-win main event on Saturday night. In the feature he would battle in the top five for the duration of the event before ultimately crossing the finish line in the fourth position behind race winner, Jamey Boland, Randy Boyd, and Johnny Stokes. October 9th, 2011 - On Saturday night, the second leg of the NeSmith Late Model Series doubleheader was held at Greenville Speedway with a $2,500 winner's check on the line. Thirty-six cars returned for the program, and again it was Jeremy, who started the night by setting fast time around the oval to earn the pole for the feature, and he was again joined on the front row by Johnny Stokes. At the drop of the green flag in the 50 lap feature Shaw bolted to the lead and would hold onto the spot for the first 21 laps before David Earl Gentry moved into to take the lead on lap 22. One lap later Jeremy raced back to the lead before Gentry took over for good on lap 24. With a tight race car Shaw would go on to finish a still solid second to Gentry at the checkered flag. October 8th, 2011 - After a one week break, Jeremy returned to action on Friday night in the first leg of a doubleheader with the NeSmith Late Model Series at Greenville Speedway (Greenville, Mississippi). Forty-five entries registered for action in the $2,000-to-win event, and Shaw started the night by qualifying fastest to earn the pole starting spot for the feature event with Johnny Stokes starting alongside. As the 40 lap feature went green Stokes jumped to the lead with Shaw in second. A lap 2 restart would see Jeremy receive front end damage after the third place car drove into him. The contact knocked the front end out of alignment and resulted in an ill-handling car. Shaw would battle it home to a 10th place finish. Full results are available at www.NeSmithRacing.com.
Early in Saturday's feature Shaw would chase Chris Ragan for the lead, and on the ninth circuit he would move past Ragan to take over the spot. He would maintain the lead for the next several laps before having to fend off a hard-charging Mike Boland and Justin McRee late in the race to claim the win. The victory was the seventh of the year for him, and the biggest Crate Late Model win of his career. In the Open Wheel Modified division, Jeremy piloted a friend's car, and in heat race action on Friday night would finish third to earn the 9th starting spot on the 21-car feature grid for Saturday night's, 20 lap finale. As the race went green he would begin working his way through the pack and shortly after the race's midway point he was challenging for the third spot, when he looped his mount exiting turn four, which brought his night to an early end in the 16th position. September 2nd, 2011 - Jeremy entered the first night of the $5,000-to-win, NeSmith Late Model Series event at Whynot Motorsports Park (Meridian, Mississippi) on Friday night. Fifty-two entries were on hand for the event, and early in the event Shaw would find himself slightly behind the eight ball as he was able to manage only the 28th fastest time in qualifications, which left him starting seventh in a heat race. However, in the heat he would climb three spots to finish fourth, which locked him into the 16th starting spot for the 75 lap finale. Unfortunately Tropical Storm Lee forced Saturday night's finale to be postponed until November 19th. In addition, due to the storm, Sunday's scheduled $2,000-to-win, NeSmith Late Model Series event at Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) has been postponed until November 20th. August 27th, 2011 - Another trip to Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) on Saturday night and another feature win as Jeremy piloted his #1s Trak-Star entry to the NeSmith Weekly Crate Late Model Series win. Twenty-three cars entered the event, and after qualifying second fastest in time trials, Shaw would start on the outside front row for the feature alongside, Shay Knight. As the race went green, Jeremy would assume control of the lead, and it would be a lead that he would never relinquish as he went on to lead the entire event to claim the win over Chris Ragan, Shay Knight, Evan Ellis, and Jamie Tollison. August 20th, 2011 - After a one week break the team returned to action on Saturday night at Whynot Motorsports Park (Meridian, Mississippi) in a NeSmith Weekly Late Model Series event. With 19 entries on hand Jeremy would race qualify sixth fastest in the field and would go on to race his way to a s second place finish in his heat race, which earned him the fourth starting spot for the main event. In the feature, Jeremy would jump to the third position as the race went green and would hold down that spot until the leader, Justin McRee, had a flat late in the race allowing Shaw to advance to the second spot. August 6th, 2011 - The team once again entered a Weekly Racing Series Event at Columbus Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) on Saturday night. With 17 cars entered into the program, Jeremy would race his way to a fourth place finish on a rubbered-up track behind race winner, Mark Stokes, Evan Ellis, and Chase Edge. July 30th, 2011 - Jeremy Shaw returned to action on Saturday night at Columbus Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) in an event that drew a field of 16 cars. After setting fast time in qualifications, Jeremy locked into the pole starting spot for the feature alongside Mark Stokes. As the race went green it was Stokes, who bolted to the lead with Shaw in tow. Stokes would lead the first six laps before contact with a spinning lap car resulted in a flat tire for the leader. As Stokes headed pitside, Jeremy would inherit the lead and would go onto lead the final fourteen laps on his way to the win, which came over Wesley Greene, Shay Knight, Evan Ellis, and Caleb Myers. July 23rd, 2011 - The team planned to enter a Weekly Racing Series Event at Columbus Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) on Saturday night, but Mother Nature had other ideas as late afternoon rains nixed the program. July 9th, 2011 - Jeremy took part in a pair of NeSmith Weekly Late Model Series events over the weekend at Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi), which were held in conjunction with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series event. On Friday night a field of 41 entries were on hand, and Jeremy Shaw would race his way to the win from the third starting spot. The victory came over Neil Baggett, Justin McRee, Jamie Boland, and Shay Knight. The win was worth $700 and was his fourth of the 2011 season. Saturday night saw an extremely late program held courtesy of Mother Nature dropping rain on the track forcing a four hour rain delay. When the show finally got underway it found Jeremy chasing a $1,000 payday as 43 Crate Late Models entered the event. Shaw started the night by setting fast time to earn the pole position for the feature event. He would battle for the lead for the duration of the event. However a broken shock would result in an ill-handling car, and he would ultimately register a second place finish behind race winner, TK King. Full results are available at www.MagnoliaDirt.com. July 4th, 2011 - Jeremy entered the PRO Dirt Car Series Super Late Model, Three Crown Nationals finale on Monday night at Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi). The $2,000 to win event saw twenty-three entries on hand. After failing to qualify for the main event via time trials, Jeremy would race his way to a third place finish in his b-main to earn the sixteenth starting spot for the feature. June 25th, 2011 - The team made the last minute decision to travel to Whynot Motorsports Park (Meridian, MS) on Saturday night for a Weekly Racing Series Event, but it would prove to a fruitless outing, as carburetor issues prevented Shaw from being able to compete as he recorded his first DNS of the season. June 24th, 2011 - Jeremy was set to return to action on Friday night at Columbus Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi), but Mother Nature would have other ideas as late afternoon rains nixed the program. June 18th, 2011 - After taking the previous weekend off for some rest and relaxation on the beach, Jeremy returned to the cockpit of his #1s Trak-Star Crate Late Model on Saturday night at Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) in a Weekly Racing Series Event. With 16 cars entered, Shaw would qualify fourth fastest to lock into the fourth starting spot for the main event. In the feature, he would only be able to advance a single spot to record a third place finish at the checkered flag behind race winner, Jamey Boland, and Shay Knight. June 4th, 2011 - Jeremy entered the Super Late Model portion of the 8th Annual Coca Cola Governor's Cup on Saturday night at Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi). Thirty-seven Super Late Models entered the $5,000 to win event, which was sanctioned by the PRO Dirt Car Series. In time trials, Jeremy would lay down the fifth fastest time to lock into the ninth starting spot for the 50 lap feature. May 29th, 2011 - Sunday night found Jeremy in action at Magnolia Motor Speedway as a talented field of 34 NeSmith Weekly Racing Series Crate Late Models signed in for action. Via time trials, Shaw would lock into the ninth starting spot in the 24 car field. He would quickly race his way through the pack and would get to the second position by the time that the checkered flag dropped as he crossed the finish line behind race winner, Chris Ragan. May 14th, 2011 - Jeremy set out to try and conquer the "Black Ice" at Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) on Saturday night as a field of twenty NeSmith Crate Late Models entered the event. He started the night by qualifying second fastest to earn the second starting spot for the main event. He would claim the lead at the drop of the green flag and would lead the first lap before slipping to the second position. Shaw would reun second for the first half of the event before Shay Knight slipped by in lapped traffic. Jeremy would go on to battle a tight racecar to a third place finish behind race winner, Chris Ragan, and Shay Knight. Full results are available at www.MagnoliaDirt.com. May 7th, 2011 - Saturday night was another great night for Jeremy Shaw as he won his third event of 2011 in just eight starts as he topped the NeSmith Weekly Late Model Series Event at Columbus Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi). Thirteen cars entered the event, and in time trials he was second fastest to earn the outside front row starting spot alongside Shay Knight. As the event went green Shaw blasted to the lead and would survive a caution plagued event to claim the win over Knight and Billy Tedford. Full results are available at www.ColumbusSpeedway.net.
As a result, Shaw started outside front row for the feature on a race track that was wide open on the bottom. He would run second early in the event as he applied pressure to Jimbo McDuffie for the lead. After a lap 5 caution, Jeremy would fill the handling on his entry start to fade slightly, and on lap 10 Justin McRee would drive by for second. Shaw would go on to record a third place finish behind race winner, Jimbo McDuffie, and Justin McRee. April 16th, 2011 - Jeremy made the last minute decision to enter a Weekly Racing Series Event on Saturday night at Whynot Motorsports Park (Meridian, Mississippi) in a friend's #2s Warrior Crate Late Model. In time trials, Jeremy qualified 9th to earn the 5th starting spot for his heat race. On a fast track, where passing was difficult, Shaw would advance one spot to a fourth place finish in the heat, which locked him into the seventh starting spot for the main event. For the majority of the feature Jeremy would follow suit with the rest of the field and run the top of the track as he ran in the sixth position. However on a restart with five laps to go, Shaw would test the bottom of the track and would drive to a fourth place finish at the checkered flag behind race winner, Justin McCree, Jimbo McDuffie, and Randy Boyd. April 9th, 2011 - Shaw Motorsports made the trip to Greenville Speedway (Greenville, Mississippi) over the weekend for the $5,000 to win, NeSmith Late Model Series event. A field of 36 Crate Late Models were on hand, and Jeremy started the weekend on Friday night by setting fast time in his group and second fast time overall to earn the pole position for his heat race. In the second heat race of the night, Shaw would battle with Dan Breuer for the lead before settling into a second place finish, which locked him into the sixth starting spot for Saturday night's, 75 lap finale. In the feature on Saturday night, Jeremy would race in the top ten for the duration of the event as he flirted with the top five, but remained on the outside looking in for much of the race. At the checkered flag he would cross the line in the seventh position. The team has also announced that they are tentatively considering running for the NeSmith Weekly Racing Series Western Division crown here in 2011.
